INSURANCE & BILLING

BILLING INSURANCES

While we are currently only contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Tricare, Medicaid, Medicare, and the VA we accept all other insurances. As a courtesy our billing company will submit the claims to your insurance.

 

However it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to pay all charges incurred regardless of insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance if payment has not been processed within 30 days.

 

Please bring insurance information at the time of your appointment. It is your responsibility to update your insurance and personal information during your visit for timely filing of your claims.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE?

We'd still be happy to help you with your medical needs. All self pay cases are handled on a patient to patient basis. Although payment is usually due at the time of the service other arrangements can be made in advance. Please contact our office for additional information.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?

Unfortunately we are not set up to accept Care Credit. However we do accept cash payments, Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. Please contact the office to discuss options based off your situation.
