Years with Dr. Searles: May 2026 makes 15 years

Relevant industry experience/accomplishments: With a background in medical coding and billing I am a certified coding associate (CCA) which allows me to work closely with our billing company on patient claims as well as have a better understanding of the insurance prior authorization process.

What do you like about working for Dr. Searles: Dr. Searles is a kind man with a quiet, often dry, but quirky sense of humor. I also really appreciate that he doesn’t mind my ever-changing colorful hair!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working: I have a passion for all things creative! When I am not making a mess in the computer/art room I enjoy a good book while being cuddled up with my pets & going on outdoor adventures in the warmer months.

Relevant industry experience/accomplishments: I have worked in an office setting since I was 14 & acquired the necessary skills for all levels of customer service. The medical field is a never ending learning opportunity with new questions (comments & concerns) everyday.

What do you like about working for Dr. Searles: He is kind, courteous & patient with patients. He is also clear, concise, & direct with whatever assistance he is asking for but also eager to teach.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working: I am an avid reader, crafter & adventurer. I have been skydiving, snorkeling, boating & recently got my motorcycle license. I make frequent trips to go camping, fishing & 4-wheeling during the weekends.
